Out of Network:
For clients who are out of network, they will be given a superbill to give to their insurance to be reimbursed. 

Therapy sessions:
Individuals and Couples: $135 for 50 min
Individuals and Couples: $175 for 80 min

FAQS/Policies about your therapy:

  • “How often should I come for therapy?”
    In general, people typically do therapy once a week until they naturally feel like they are doing better and move it out to two times a month. Some like to do a monthly check in. It’s really up to you how often you want to do therapy, but I’d say once a week is a good place to start.

  • Why do I need a credit card to reserve my appointment?”
    Clients are required to use a credit card to reserve their slot that they have picked on the schedule. If the credit card is not input, the client will lose their slot. Not giving a 24 hour notice of missing an appointment will result in the full charge of the session. Please reference the cancellation policy below.

  • “Why am I being charged 24 hours before the session?”

    For clients paying out of pocket, their method of payment will be charged 24 hours and 1 minute BEFORE the session start time. If the payment does not go through, the session will be considered missed and it will be cancelled/rescheduled. It is the clients’ responsibility that the method of payment is up-to-date.

  • “Do I need to do anything before my appointment?”
    Once the appointment request has been accepted, the therapist will send the client their paperwork that needs to be completed before making an appointment. This paperwork are consent forms and practice policies required before the session. Appointment is not reserved until paperwork, including credit card, is completed. Client will be rescheduled if any paperwork is not completed.

  • “How do I use my insurance?”
    Upon receiving an appointment request or a consultation, the therapist will reach out to client about the kind of insurance they want to use and send out an intake form from ALMA, their insurance portal, to be filled out prior to the appointment being accepted. There will be an Autopay email as well where the client will input their credit card information so that their insurance can collect their copay. That copay goes to the insurance company and not the therapist. Should the autopay collection fail after a session, the therapist cannot continue to see client until the method of payment is up-to-date and the invoice is paid. Failure to rectify an unpaid invoice results in client-therapist termination.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations and re-scheduled sessions will be subject to a full charge if not received at least 24 hours in advance. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time. If you cancel the day of or during your appointment time, you will be charged the full session.

Good Faith Estimate:
You may ask your health care provider for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate in writing 1 business day before your medical service for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services.  

You may dispute any bill you receive that is more than $400 above your Good Faith Estimate.
