FAQS about your therapy:

  • “How often should I come for therapy?”
In general, people typically do therapy once a week until they naturally feel like they are doing better and move it out to two times a month. Some like to do a monthly check in. It’s really up to you how often you want to do therapy, but I’d say once a week is a good place to start.
  • Why do I need a credit card to reserve my appointment?”
Clients are required to use a credit card to reserve their slot that they have picked on the schedule. If the credit card is not input, the client will lose their slot. They are not charged until the day of the service. Not giving a 24 hour notice of missing an appointment will result in the full charge of the session. Please reference the cancellation policy to the below.
  • “Do I need to do anything before my appointment?”
Once the appointment request has been accepted, the therapist will send the client their paperwork that needs to be completed before the session date. This paperwork are consent forms and practice policies required before the session. Appointment is not reserved until paperwork, including credit card, is completed. Client will be rescheduled if any paperwork is not completed.
